We moved our mom to Sunrise on Sunnyvale and our entire family all felt the same: this care home is exceptional. The home is clean, inviting, and honors family connection. The staff - be it kitchen staff, care team, or owners, they are wonderful! They all communicate needs, changes and updates. They provided dignity and care without question. A great place to consider for a loved one who needs a warm and gentle care team. Location is great with plenty of parking too.

Sunrise care homes has to be the most compassionate caring environment for people in need of a Group home. The staff is exceptional. The homes are extremely clean and everybody is very loving and professional. I highly recommend sunrise care homes.

Sun Rise Care homes is the best! From the moment we walked into Sunnyvale Care Home, it felt like home. The care givers are exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. I don’t think my wife could have gotten better care. I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs Hospice or home health care.

I have to say Sunrise is a Godsend when we sent our mother there. They treated her like she’s part of the family. My sister and I had an overwhelming peace knowing our mother is getting the best care. If you’re looking for a place for your loved one … this is the place. I highly recommend it. My friend was at Sunrise Care home for 5 months, and I thought that she got excellent care. The only reason that I moved her is because I'm her only person, and I live in another town and wanted her nearer to me. The place is spotless and Catherine the owner and Pam the nurse were always available whenever I called to answer any question that I had. I will miss having my friend there.

My mother lived at Hayden House for two short months before the Lord called her home. In those two short months we found a new family. The compassionate care my mom received during her final months was beyond anything we had experienced in her four years in assisted living and Memory Care throughout the valley. They probably knew better than we did that she didn’t have much time left, yet they treated her as if she would live there forever. So grateful to have found this little gem. Catherin and her husband (owners) were incredibly accommodating and Pam was extraordinary, especially getting us set up with Hospice of the West. She treated mom like she was her own. We are so thankful that we chose the Hayden House family for Mom in early 2023. What a blessing these caregivers and management team are to their clients and to our family and friends. Mom is treated with respect, kindness, caring, and love by all staff and management. With their guidance, we engaged recommended medical providers, who visit Mom in house, eliminating our need for scheduling transportation to doctors and clinics. The House managers Pam Vance, and now Melissa, continue above-and-beyond actions to keep us informed and up to date. We trust them completely, and are confident they ensure Mom is happy, pain free, and comfortable. They regularly send updates in text messages, add photos, and do not hesitate to answer our questions and concerns, whether by phone or text. When Mom was away in rehab last year, the staff and Sunrise Care Homes owner, Lida Cubillos, called often to express concern, and to share they missed her and looked forward to her recovery and return. They encourage my aunt (and any family) who cannot visit to make FaceTime calls to the manager's phone. We highly recommend Hayden House and Sunrise care homes! Thank you for everything you do!!
