Work Anniversaries
As a result of recent internal surveys, talking with the staff, and working with managers, we have been busy making some improvements to how we provide the best care to our residents. Below is the roadmap we are using to implement these changes.
Two of the immediate programs we established are the:
Employee of the Month program.
House of the Month Contest. This will be a friendly competition among our houses based on specific criteria that will keep our residents happy and healthy, our staff motivated and professional, and our houses safe, clean, and deficiency-free.
Below you see the first results of these two new programs. Everyone has been pretty excited about participating and it is already starting to show in the day-to-day operations of our homes.
Would you like to get involved? Based on your interaction with our staff, you have a good idea who is going above and beyond to make our residents feel safe, loved, and cared for.
