We love having families involved. Visiting hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but exceptions can always be made for special circumstances. Families are encouraged to join us for celebrations, birthdays, and occasional meals, as staying connected and involved is one of the best ways to support your loved one’s happiness and sense of belonging.

What qualifications do your caregivers have?

Our caregivers are state-certified and highly trained in all aspects of senior care. Each completes NCIA and ADHS-approved training, including dementia care, behavioral health, CPR, and first aid. Many have been part of our team for years, building strong relationships with residents and families. We take pride in maintaining a skilled, consistent, and compassionate team that truly knows and cares for each resident.

How is safety handled in your homes?

Resident safety is at the heart of everything we do. Our homes are equipped with 24-hour awake staff and use a variety of preventive safety tools, including cameras in common areas, call buttons, bed and chair alarms, and secure locking mechanisms throughout.We focus on proactive monitoring, fall prevention, and caregiver awareness, ensuring every resident is cared for in a safe, supportive environment without sacrificing comfort or dignity.

When my Dad arrived at Sunrise Care Home, he was in hospice and in very bad shape. Catherin & Pam did a fantastic job helping us adjust to this new life he … had to lead and it was not an easy transition for him, but with their care and the amazing day to day love and support from Nubia, Paola, and Orlando, my dad made it almost 2 years. We were told he maybe had a week or two at first. I can’t say enough good things about this journey and how they treated us and him. They understand the struggling of caring for those loved ones at the end of their lives and I could tell when they started to really love my Dad too. They keep the space bright and full of light, super clean, and they have high standards of care. They deserve all the love and good blessings. I am forever grateful to them. We love you 💕
